Fiminox’s commitment to social responsibility is rooted in tangible, enduring values and driven by the desire to promote the well-being of the communities in which we operate—and beyond.
Through partnerships with major non-profit organizations such as Fondazione Soleterre and Associazione VISPE, Fiminox contributes to improving access to education and healthcare in the most underprivileged areas, firmly believing that investing in people is the true engine of a sustainable future.
We approach both current and future projects with determination, always pursuing the same goal: to leave a positive, meaningful impact, grow together, and build a better tomorrow.

Fiminox-Supported Projects

Fondazione Soleterre – Uganda

Since 2002, Fondazione Soleterre has been working to ensure the right to health and life for children and adolescents with cancer, both in Italy and worldwide. We believe every sick child deserves the chance to grow up and beat cancer. Soleterre supports not only the young patients but also their families, providing comprehensive care that considers psychological, social, and relational needs.

Expansion of the Rainbow Family Home in Gulu
Thanks to Fiminox’s donation, Soleterre expanded the “Rainbow Family Home,” a shelter at the Lacor Hospital in Gulu, Uganda.

  • Two new rooms were built, increasing the capacity by 16 beds to provide a safe haven for children with cancer and their families during treatment.

Associazione VISPE – Burundi

The Saint Benoit Technical School in Bugenyuzi, built with VISPE’s support, aids the Burundi government in combating poverty by providing vocational training to young students.

With departments specializing in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, and General Mechanics, the school offers training that equips students with specialized skills, helping to reduce unemployment rates and improve living standards in Burundi.

Expansion of the Saint Benoit Technical School
With Fiminox’s support, VISPE expanded the school by adding two new classrooms and a new block of restrooms, addressing the need to broaden the educational offering with a new specialization in Construction Management.

This project contributes to training a qualified workforce, fostering economic growth in Burundi.

Frontline Medics – Ukraine

Fiminox remains dedicated to supporting communities affected by the conflict in Ukraine, firmly believing that every effort can make a difference. Through our contributions, we aim to provide not only immediate care but also hope and psychological support to those devastated by the war.

Stabilization Point in Zaporizhzhia
With Fiminox’s support, Fondazione Soleterre and its local partner, Frontline Medics, established a stabilization point 25 km from the frontline in Zaporizhzhia, southeastern Ukraine. A team of 15 doctors, surgeons, and nurses works to stabilize critically injured patients before transferring them to nearby hospitals.

Medical and Psychological Support: Resources to Save Lives

  • The Pokrovske Hospital treated over 13,000 patients in one year, averaging 100-130 daily, with 30% in critical condition.
  • Frontline Medics operates with three fully equipped ambulances, outfitted with oxygen, plasma, and tools for emergency procedures like cardiac arrest intervention.

Fiminox’s contribution in late 2022 enabled the following:

  • Continuous presence of two emergency psychologists to support patients and medical staff in addressing post-traumatic stress disorders.
  • Renovation of the internal refugee center in Dnipro, ensuring specialized care and diagnostic services for 98 elderly individuals.
