Workshop production of turned parts, specializes in the machining of all families of stainless steels. 
Certified ISO 9001: 2008 Tekinox Srl is equipped with CNC machines of the latest generation, together with certified equipment park and an integrated management system, guarantee the quality, production control and product traceability.

We specialize in the processing of stainless steel from austenitic (aisi 303, 304, 316, 321, etc), martensitic (aisi 410, 416, 420, 431, etc), ferritic (aisi 430F ), as well as some stainless steel of recent commercial diffusion such as aisi 630 (17-4-PH), F51 (1.4462).
We also work various other materials such as brass, aluminum, tempered steels .

We are able to provide any heat treatments (reclamation, cementation, nitriding, ionic nitrurization), surface treatments (passivation, zinc plating, anodizing), as well as additional processes (grinding, polishing, lapping).

We use an integrated traceability system that guarantees the traceability of the product and the production process, from the customer’s design to the finished product.
The inbound checks carried out with suitable instruments guarantee the chemical, mechanical and dimensional conformity of the material to be processed.
The in-line controls carried out during production interface with a management system capable of generating test reports and guaranteeing the control and traceability of the product.
The controls are performed with suitable and certified instruments.
